ABOUT HOME WITH NORA

Home with Nora is a service available for Nucor teammates to help make your transition to Indiana as comfortable as possible. As a local resident, I have lived in the area most of my life and know Northeast Indiana and the surrounding area very well. I am originally from the area and spent my youth in DeKalb County, where NBG Group Services is located. I have also lived in Fort Wayne as a young adult, which is the second largest city in Indiana. In 2006, my husband and I relocated to Utah to help develop the startup division for NBS-UT. Moving cross-country was an adventure and one that I both learned from and enjoyed. We spent six years in Utah before moving back to Northeast Indiana and have been here for nearly ten years now.

To best assist you with your relocation, I have developed an extensive questionnaire to help learn about you and your family so I can cater my services to each team member’s unique needs and allow me to provide you the best comparison to what you are used to at home. Following the questionnaire, I will contact you for a phone interview prior to your visit to help me get to know your family.  I understand that relocating is a big decision and there are many factors at play. Please lean on my expertise of the area to help you in your decision-making - there are no questions too big or small.
